The buyer therefore pays the auction price (with or without VAT depending on the status of the seller) + 7.26% (including 1.26% VAT)
Horses are sold as is. Buyers are free to contact sellers before the sale. the Blue Spirit sprl declines all responsibility for any defects in the horses.
The Product presented for sale by the Seller is sold with the ordinary legal warranties.
Thus, the Buyer may request the cancellation of the sale in the event of stable defects, inspiratory noises and locomotor ataxia of which he was not aware before the sale.
The online auction system allows Sellers to offer their products to potential Buyers around the world. These potential Buyers bid via the Site and the highest bidder at the close of the online event becomes the final Buyer of the Product subject to its solvency.
Auctions take place against immediate cash payment by the Buyer.
The end of the Sale of the Product is programmed at a specific time recalled by a countdown displayed on the sheet presenting the Product. This end of Sale may nevertheless be postponed if a Bid is placed in the minute preceding the closing of the Sale. In such a case, the "Extra-Time" rule makes it possible to extend the auction by an additional five minutes in order to allow time for a potential higher bidder to come forward and in turn place a new bid, reducing the closing time as much.
All public auctions are deemed cash by bank transfer. The seller will send an invoice directly to the buyer, who will pay it immediately. The Blue Spirit sprl will also send a commission invoice equal to 6% of the amount of the winning bid (+21% vat).
Only the Seller may, after adjudication, authorize the Buyer in writing to pay in the future under the conditions specified in the Seller's written acceptance. This writing must be brought to the attention of the Blue Spirit sprl.
After full payment of the amount of the sale by the Buyer, The Blue Spirit sprl will then issue an exit voucher.

Les chevaux sont vendus en l'état. Les acheteurs sont libres de contacter les vendeurs avant la vente. the Blue Spirit sprl décline toute responsabilité sur les éventuels défauts des chevaux.
Le Produit présenté à la vente par le Vendeur est vendu avec les garanties ordinaires de droit.
Ainsi, l’Acheteur pourra solliciter l’annulation de la vente en cas de vices d’écurie, de bruits inspiratoires et d’ataxie locomotrice dont il n’aurait pas eu connaissance avant la vente.
Le système de vente aux enchères en ligne permet à des Vendeurs de proposer leurs produits, à des Acheteurs potentiels du monde entier. Ces Acheteurs potentiels enchérissent via le Site et l’enchère la plus haute à la clôture de l’événement en ligne devient l’Acheteur final du Produit sous réserve de sa solvabilité.
Les ventes aux enchères ont lieu contre paiement comptant immédiat de l’Acheteur.
La fin de la Vente du Produit est programmée à une heure précise rappelée par un compte à rebours affiché sur la fiche présentant le Produit. Cette fin de Vente pourra néanmoins être différée si une Enchère est placée dans la minute précédant la clôture de la Vente. Dans une telle hypothèse, la règle de « l’Extra-Time» permet de prolonger l’enchère de cinq minute supplémentaire aux fins de laisser le temps à un surenchérisseur potentiel de se manifester et de placer à son tour une nouvelle offre reculant l’heure de clôture d’autant.
Toutes les ventes aux enchères publiques sont réputées au comptant par virement. Le vendeur enverra une facture directement à l'acheteur, qui la paiera immédiatement. The Blue Spirit sprl enverra aussi une facture de commission égale à 6% du montant de l'enchère gagnante (+21% tva).
Seul le Vendeur peut, après adjudication, autoriser par écrit l’Acheteur à régler à terme aux conditions précisées dans l’acceptation écrite du Vendeur. Cet écrit devant être porté à la connaissance de the Blue Spirit sprl.
Après le règlement intégral du montant de la vente par l’Acheteur The Blue Spirit sprl délivrera alors un bon de sortie.

Paarden worden verkocht zoals ze zijn. Het staat kopers vrij om vóór de verkoop contact op te nemen met verkopers. de Blue Spirit sprl wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid af voor eventuele gebreken aan de paarden.
Het Product dat door de Verkoper te koop wordt aangeboden, wordt verkocht met de gewone wettelijke garanties.
Zo kan de koper de ontbinding van de verkoop vragen in geval van stalgebreken, inademingsgeluiden en bewegingsataxie waarvan hij niet op de hoogte was vóór de verkoop.
Met het online veilingsysteem kunnen verkopers hun producten aanbieden aan potentiële kopers over de hele wereld. Deze potentiële kopers bieden via de site en de hoogste bieder aan het einde van het online evenement wordt de uiteindelijke koper van het product, afhankelijk van zijn solvabiliteit.
Veilingen vinden plaats tegen onmiddellijke contante betaling door Koper.
Het einde van de Verkoop van het Product wordt geprogrammeerd op een specifiek tijdstip dat wordt opgeroepen door een aftelling die wordt weergegeven op het blad waarop het Product wordt gepresenteerd. Dit einde van de Verkoop kan niettemin worden uitgesteld indien een Bod wordt uitgebracht in de minuut voorafgaand aan de sluiting van de Verkoop. In een dergelijk geval maakt de "Extra-tijd"-regel het mogelijk om de veiling met nog eens vijf minuten te verlengen, zodat een potentieel hogere bieder de tijd krijgt om zich te melden en op zijn beurt een nieuw bod uit te brengen, waardoor de sluitingstijd als veel.
Alle openbare veilingen worden als contant beschouwd via bankoverschrijving. De verkoper stuurt een factuur rechtstreeks naar de koper, die deze onmiddellijk zal betalen. The Blue Spirit sprl stuurt ook een commissiefactuur gelijk aan 6% van het bedrag van het winnende bod (+21% btw).
Alleen de Verkoper kan, na arbitrage, de Koper schriftelijk machtigen om in de toekomst te betalen onder de voorwaarden vermeld in de schriftelijke aanvaarding van de Verkoper. Dit schrijven moet onder de aandacht van de Blue Spirit sprl worden gebracht.
Na volledige betaling van het bedrag van de verkoop door de Koper, zal The Blue Spirit sprl vervolgens een uitstapvoucher uitgeven.
